Release 2018.12

  • Introducing post projection calculations, which execute at the end of a projection, for the same time periods.  This allows the ability to do more complex calculations once the rest of the projection has finished.
  • Compute instance sizes can now be changed on templates/projections which allows users to adjust the size of the virtual machine that each scenario is run on.
  • Subsets of a scenario files can now be run by providing a range of scenario values in the scenario configuration on templates and projections.
  • Data table editor has been redesigned for improved usability, keyboard navigation, etc.  In addition, the following new features have been implemented on the editor:
  • Add or delete multiple rows in a single action
  • Copy and paste into and out of Excel or other spreadsheet applications
  • Product sets can now be duplicated.
  • Various UI and usability updates

Release 2018.11

  • A new setting is available on calculations that forces the recalculation of that variable at each time index in the projection, regardless of if it has already been calculated during the projection of a previous time index.
  • Created a new system variable called “Projection Time Index” that always returns the current time index of the projection, regardless of what the time index of the variable is.
  • Portfolios can now be duplicated.
  • An icon will now appear next to aggregate product variables to make it easier to differentiate them at a glance.
  • Model point files are now automatically re-validated when a new file is uploaded via the file manager.
  • When creating a projection from a template, a new option will appear to name the projection.  A default name is provided.
  • Variables currently being edited are now highlighted in the sidebar.
  • Removed midnight timestamps from model point records in the reporting data.
  • Various bug fixes & performance improvements.
